Where can I purchase Levi's® products?

Purchasing at a Store. Locate stores in your area that carry Levi's® products by clicking on the "Buy Products" link in the top navigation bar. To find a nearby store carrying Levi's® products, enter your ZIP code. Once you have entered your ZIP code, click the "Go" button to see the results of your search. Since not every store stocks every item, please call first to make sure the store closest to you carries what you need. You can search for a specific item and the stores near you that carry it by going to a product page and entering your ZIP code under “Find it in a store”. Inventory fluctuates at every store, so please call first to confirm the item is in stock.

Purchasing Online. You may browse for and purchase Levi's® products online from our authorized retail partners. To shop online, go to the "Buy Products" page, and simply click on one of our many online retailers under the "Buy Online" header in the left column. (Please note we cannot guarantee that all products are in stock.) You can also access this information in the left column of each product page.

Do you have a catalog?

Levi Strauss & Co. does not produce a catalog. However, Levi's® products are currently available through several of our online retail partners. You can also go to our online partner sites to see our assortment of Levi's® products available for purchase.

Can I sell your products?

Levi Strauss & Co. reviews new account requests primarily on the basis of store location, appearance, product presentation and merchandising mix. If you are interested in becoming an authorized retailer of Levi's® products, please click here for further information on the application process.

Levi Strauss & Co. does not sell to exporters, jobbers, wholesale distributors or liquidators. We only sell directly to approved retail stores in each country where we do business.

Do you have a product guarantee?

Our guarantee states: "Full warranty. Thank you for buying Levi's® jeans. You have purchased superior quality jeans that come with a full warranty. If this garment proves to be defective in workmanship or materials under normal wear (excluding stains), please contact us. This full warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state."

What if I have a quality problem?

Levi's® is committed to providing products of the highest quality. If you feel you have a defective garment, please follow the directions below.

Returning to store. For the timeliest resolution, we recommend that you first attempt to return the product to the store where it was originally purchased.

Returning to Levi Strauss & Co. If for some reason you are unable to return the garment to the store where it was purchased (in the United States), please call our Consumer Relations department at 1-800-USA-LEVI (1-800-872-5384) Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., PST so we can assist you. If your garment was purchased outside the U.S. please refer to the Contact Us section for international listings.

How do I know if my old garment has any value on the vintage market?

Levi Strauss & Co. does not appraise or determine the value of products sold on the vintage market. For information on the date of production of your garment as well as if it would have any historical significance to Levi Strauss & Co., we ask that you take a color picture of the front and back of the garment and a picture of any production tags or labels. Provide a short description of how you came to own the product. Mail the above information along with your name, address, daytime and evening phone numbers to:

Please be sure the words "OLD LEVI'S®" are noted on the outside of the envelope to ensure the mail is properly routed. Levi Strauss & Co. is not responsible for any items mailed to us. Allow 4-6 weeks for a response. Photos will only be returned if a pre-addressed postage paid envelope is enclosed. Color photocopies are acceptable.

How do I know if my jeans are authentic?

In order to avoid the possibility of purchasing counterfeit jeans, we suggest you purchase our products from a recognized Levi Strauss & Co. retailer. Also, look for the two most recognizable Levi's® trademarks on our jeans:

  • The Tab Device® trademark on the back pocket.
  • The Arcuate Stitching Design® trademark on the back pockets. The Arcuate Stitching Design® trademark is easily recognized as the "double arcs" displayed on each side of the back pocket.

Do you accept outside product designs or marketing ideas?

While we appreciate people's creativity and interest in designing and marketing Levi's® products, we do not consider any product ideas from outside of the company due to legal restrictions. We have a staff of marketing, design and product development professionals dedicated exclusively to creating and marketing products that reach our consumers in the most effective manner possible.

Can I get in a commercial or model for your company?

We enlist the help of advertising agencies for our commercials. They hire casting agents and production companies when they produce our commercials. They suggest that anyone interested in modeling contact a leading model agency. No specific casting or modeling agency is used exclusively for our advertisements.

How can I get the Levi's® brand to sponsor me?

Since we receive so many sponsorship and product donation requests, we have concentrated our donation efforts on pre-designated charitable organizations located in communities where Levi Strauss & Co. has a business presence. We do not donate merchandise for fundraising events, contests or to individuals/families, nor do we accept unsolicited requests for individual sponsorships and donations.
