The University of Michigan is hoping Jim Harbaugh will help turn its football program back into a national championship contender, thus bringing more revenue to the school. But Harbaugh doesn’t even need to coach a game to stimulate the local economy.
There was a rush on khakis in Ann Arbor when Michigan students successfully executed the first-ever “Khaki Out” at the basketball game where Harbaugh was officially introduced on December 30. Harbaugh, one of the Dockers® brand’s most loyal fans, ironically greeted the crowd in a suit. But the sea of fans came dressed as Harbaugh in khakis with clipboards and wind-beakers to boot.
In honor of the man himself: Jim Harbaugh, Maize Rage will be hosting a "Khaki out" for the game on Tuesday. Wear your khakis and GO BLUE!
