The Levi’s® brand is using its music connections to support those social distancing at home with live entertainment, and simultaneously aiding key charities during the current COVID-19 crisis.
This week, the brand is launching its “5:01 Live” music program through the @Levis Instagram handle, featuring live performances recorded from artists’ homes. Kicking off on Monday with a performance by Colombian-American singer and songwriter Kali Uchis, fans can now tune in on the brand’s Instagram Live at 5:01 p.m. pacific time every day to catch performances from an array of artists across the musical spectrum.
The series taps into new ways performers are reaching out to fans through social media in the hopes that it will provide entertainment and peace of mind while supporting the arts and Coronavirus relief through donations benefitting charities like the MusicCares Coronavirus Relief Fund and the Global Citizen / WHO’s Solidarity Response.
In times like these, many of us turn to music to feel a sense of community. We are unified by music and all in this together. Stay home, but stay connected – join the show on @Levis Instagram.
