What initially attracted you to LS&Co.?
Respect for the brand, alignment with my personal values, its global presence and the development opportunities here.
What does success look like in your job?
It would be an increased demand and love for the Levi’s® brand around the globe. But more importantly, success to me is measured by how we’ll get there: collaborating with my global brand partners as we unite to further elevate the brand; aligning with commercial teams to launch at scale with impact; and empowering our teams as we unlock new ways of working across our markets.
Do you have a favorite personal story about LS&Co. or one of our products?
The most cherished item in my closet is a pair of 501® jeans that I’ve had for more than 25 years. They were passed around among my college roommates — patched, repaired and loved to perfection. If these jeans could talk … oh, the stories they would tell!
What was your first job?
I worked in a surf shop — combining my love of the ocean, the sport and clothes!
What is your secret dream career?
A furniture-designing yoga instructor (I couldn’t choose just one!)
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Slow down, listen more, be patient and never doubt yourself.
