My Huynh, an apparel development technician at our Eureka Innovation Lab, has already solidified her place in Levi Strauss & Co. history. As a sample maker, she’s contributed to countless designs over the years, including our revolutionary Levi’s® Trucker Jacket with Jacquard™ by Google, which she’s particularly proud of. But she’s also a living testament to the ongoing history of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) LS&Co. factory workers here in San Francisco.
In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, My shared her LS&Co. journey that began in 1999 and picked back up at Eureka in 2013. In conjunction with our Asian Employee Resource Group, My is also one of select AAPI employees tapped to design a Levi’s® Trucker jacket showcasing her story and culture. Those jackets will be housed in our Archives.
Hear My in her own words share her story and how Eureka leaders continue to support her career.
