Levi Strauss & Co. President and CEO Chip Bergh adds his voice alongside some of the most recognizable leaders in business to advocate for a nationwide paid family and medical leave program.
In a new video released by the National Partnership for Women & Families, Chip is featured along with Melinda French Gates and other business leaders, sharing why they think ensuring all workers can take time off to care for themselves or a loved one – without losing pay – is a critical policy that Congress must prioritize.
“Paid family and medical leave is key to our long-term health and to our economic stability,” Chip said.
