From adding new faces to opening new stores, 2022 was filled to the brim with new experiences for LS&Co. Our employees showed up time and time again to give back to their communities through donations and time, including our first in-person Community Day since 2019. Immersive experiences and pop-ups took us around the globe. We continued to create lasting partnerships, expand on our sustainability and DE&I initiatives, and put our values in action. We experienced challenges, accomplishments, and innovations — and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for us this year.
