What did you do before joining LS&Co.?
For the last two years, I ran strategy, partnerships and M&A for Verishop, a series B social commerce marketplace. Prior to that, I led corporate strategy, business development and corporate development at Macy’s Inc. Other past roles have been in strategy, FP&A and merchandising at Stuart Weitzman, Coach and Lacoste. I started my career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers in real estate. I love retail!
What is your vision for your team/brand/department?
To support the global strategic vision of LS&Co. by helping drive and define one single source of truth, as well as determining what to prioritize and deprioritize and how we will continue to deliver sustainable profitable growth.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Sometimes we need to go slower to go faster. A whisper is louder than a roar.
What is your secret dream career?
Broadway star or florist.

My daughter Mirabelle (4.5), yoga, meditation, tennis and lavender.
