This year, we’re thrilled to introduce our 2023 Summer Fostering Influential Talent (F.I.T.) Internship Class, an exciting mix of budding professionals ready to find the perfect “fit” with us in the coming 10 weeks.
Our F.I.T. program is an immersive and rewarding experience designed to cultivate the leaders of tomorrow. The journey began with our virtual Spring Invitational event, where our interns connected with LS&Co.’s Executive Leadership Team, former interns and their future managers. They also participated in learning workshops aimed at enhancing their team building and communication skills, setting the stage for an enriching summer ahead.
This year, we are proud to present a diverse cohort of many talented individuals from various colleges and universities, each bringing their unique enthusiasm, excitement and fresh perspective. This latest cohort is our most diverse class in three years — a testament to LS&Co.’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
