Get to know our new and recently promoted leaders at Levi Strauss & Co. through these Quick Qs. Meet Nancy Green, our new CEO of Beyond Yoga®.

What attracted you to LS&Co.?

I have loved and worn Levi’s® 501® jeans, both vintage and new, since I was about 12. I have also admired Beyond Yoga® and been a consumer for years. The opportunity to work for the iconic brand that is Levi’s® as well as lead the next-gen brand that is Beyond Yoga® — both brands with deep values that resonate authentically with my values — is an honor. The opportunity and potential for Beyond Yoga® is very exciting, and I am thrilled to be able to work with the team to continue to build on the brand’s momentum, engage with many more consumers and communities, and accelerate growth.

What does success look like in your job?

Success will be continuing to build the Beyond Yoga® brand on the strong foundation and momentum that was begun by all the great work of the team and our Beyond Yoga® founders. Our consumer and community growth will come market by market, one consumer at a time, as we open stores and build amazing physical and digital experiences. Ultimately, we will pursue our growth and brand ambitions to become the most-loved brand at scale in the health and wellness space by amplifying our values of body positivity, inclusivity and giving back. Simultaneously, we will consistently deliver high-quality products that people love, showing up every day with an inspiring consumer experience, all pulled together into a powerful, purpose-driven, authentic brand and community of people.

What is your go-to LS&Co. product?

Levi’s® button fly 501® jeans (vintage and new) and Beyond Yoga® Spacedye high-waisted leggings with pockets.

What is your secret dream career?

I have it. However, my second choice would be architect.
