What did you do before joining LS&Co.?
That was a long time ago, as I have been with LS&Co. for 18 years! But prior to joining LS&Co., I was an investment banker with Bear Stearns in their Aerospace Defense/Technology team based in New York and San Francisco.
What does success look like in your job?
With 15 years of direct-to-consumer (DTC) finance experience at LS&Co., success in my job is helping develop and drive the strategy for profitable Dockers® DTC growth.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Seek out new opportunities and say yes to those that arise, especially if they make you feel challenged.
What is the worst haircut you ever had?
I have had many, but the worst is the one I gave my son when he was about two years old — it was Jim Carrey’s bowl cut from Dumb and Dumber.
Where was your favorite vacation?
All vacations are great, but my most recent trip was very special. My family and I just returned from Nicaragua, where we broke ground on building a new school we fundraised for through an organization called buildOn. We spent four days in a remote mountain village that had no electricity or running water, and we worked alongside the community and lived with a host family. It was so humbling to hear how blessed and thankful the community was for this new school, and I am so thankful for how much my kids enjoyed the trip.
