Senior Vice President and General Counsel

David Jedrzejek is senior vice president and general counsel at Levi Strauss & Co. He leads the global legal department in supporting LS&Co. businesses operating in over 110 countries. He is responsible for all aspects of legal, ethics and compliance, enterprise resilience and governance, in addition to acting as counselor to the board of directors and executive leadership. He is a member of the company’s executive leadership team. David also oversees the Levi Strauss Foundation, whose mission is to bring pioneering social change. David joined LS&Co. in 2015 and served in several senior legal roles before taking on his current position. Prior to LS&Co., David practiced law at Gap Inc. and at the law firms Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. David also serves as the Board Chair of the nonprofit organization San Francisco Baykeeper.
