Tourist Stop

Levi Strauss & Co.
March 6, 2014

San Francisco ranks near the top of many travelers’ favorite destinations. There’s something about the scenic beauty, culinary delights and mild climate that attract people from all around the world.

Another attraction? Levi Strauss & Co. global headquarters.

Judging by the languages and accents heard outside the building and in our lobby, Levi’s® Plaza is particularly popular with German and Japanese tourists. Given our founder’s Bavarian roots and the popularity of denim in Japan, we’re not too surprised. There’s also a Levi’s® store here, and what better San Francisco souvenir than a pair of blue jeans from the company that invented them, purchased at its headquarters?

To capture what our visitors — and an employee or two — find noteworthy at our offices, we turned to Instagram and searched for the hashtag #levisplaza. The pictures we found are actually quite cool, so we thought we’d share them. By the way, the one above comes from Instagrammer christinecre8s, one of our employees.

Bon voyage!
